Meet our Gretna Leadership
Rylie
Gretna Office ManagerHi, my name is Rylie! I am from the Millard area and went to Millard North High School, when I first discovered my passion for working with children.
I began my career in Millard Public Schools’ after-school daycare program, Kids Network, where I spent two and a half years building meaningful connections with kids and gaining hands-on experience in a supportive, structured environment. I graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha in December of 2023 with a Bachelor’s degree in Multidisciplinary Studies, concentrating in General Administration.
Although I initially pursued early elementary education in college, I realized my path looked a little different, but my passion for working with children never changed. I’m grateful that the opportunity as Office Manager at Galliant Gretna came my way. I enjoy nothing more than being part of a team that makes a difference every day, and I love getting to spend time with our clients while watching the incredible progress they make and the strong connections they build with their RBTs.
Gretna Clinical DirectorDanae
Hi, I'm Danae! I was born and raised in California, but I now call Nebraska home and have absolutely fallen in love with life here in the Midwest.
My journey into the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) began more than 20 years ago with my brother. Growing up alongside him gave me a firsthand understanding of the joys, challenges, and resilience that come with raising and supporting a loved one with complex support needs. I experienced not only the importance of compassionate, high-quality care, but also the barriers families often face when navigating services. Those experiences shaped who I am today and inspired me to dedicate my career to supporting children and the people who love them.
That passion led me to pursue a bachelor's degree in Communicative Disorders and Deaf Studies from Utah State University, followed by a master's degree in Special Education with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University.
I believe every individual has unique strengths, and I am passionate about providing compassionate, evidence-based care that empowers clients, families, and caregivers to achieve meaningful, lasting progress. I love partnering with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to create individualized treatment plans that are practical, effective, and centered around each child's unique goals. My hope is that every family feels heard, supported, and empowered throughout their journey.
As the Clinical Director of Galliant Gretna, I feel incredibly grateful to work alongside such an amazing team of compassionate professionals. My goal is to foster a positive, collaborative environment where both the resilient families we serve and our dedicated staff can truly thrive. It is a privilege to be part of each family's journey, and I am honored to help children build meaningful skills while supporting the people who love them every step of the way.
